Tangy Corn Chaat

Ingredients
2 cups corn
1 tsp Chaat masala
½ tsp Amchoor powder (dry mango powder)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp chilli powder
2 tsp lemon juice
1 stem spring onion chopped or 1 tbsp fresh coriander choppedOptional:
½ green chilli
Directions
- Microwave the corn for 3 minutes OR use a steamer pot for 5 minutes
- Add all the ingredients and mix well.

- Keep in the fridge as meal prep for 2 days.
